Senior Service Engineer - End User Compute, Hybrid

Service Engineers ensure caregivers have a fast, reliable, frustration‑free digital experience by owning and operating our endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf. In this role you partner with endpoint engineering, service desk, application delivery, cybersecurity, and field support teams to design, scale, and operate services that manage Windows and macOS devices across the organization. You own the full‑service lifecycle—from platform health, infrastructure reliability, policy and configuration management, operating system deployment, Autopilot, Jamf workflows, compliance reporting, to automation—while advancing the organization toward secure, modern, and consistent endpoint operations. When issues arise, you are the calm technical leader who uses platform data, logs, and operational telemetry to quickly identify root cause, restore service, and ensure durable automation, improved monitoring, and clear standards. As a senior engineer you set technical direction, mentor other engineers, and shape the endpoint management roadmap, defining what "good" looks like for scalable device management, secure configuration, deployment reliability, and service performance.
