Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Conduct patient assessments and document vital signs accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and medications.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
