Wealth Advisor

A growing wealth management practice is looking for a Wealth Advisor to take over existing client relationships and deliver thoughtful financial advice. This is a strong opportunity for an advisor who enjoys planning, client service, and long-term relationship management without needing to build a book from scratch. The advisor will step into an established client base with no sales expected but client relationship and management. Location & Compensation – Kohler, WI Area; Base compensation $115K – $135K plus benefits. Key Responsibilities Manage an established book of wealth management clients Conduct client meetings, portfolio reviews, and planning updates Support retirement, investment, estate, tax, insurance, and legacy planning conversations Deliver clear, polished communication to clients and families Work with internal specialists to execute client requests and planning strategies Strengthen existing relationships and uncover additional planning needs Ensure client documentation and compliance requirements are maintained Ideal Background Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Private Client Advisor, or Financial Planner experience 3+ years of advisory or wealth management client‑facing experience Series 65 or Series 7 and Series 66 required CFP strongly preferred Strong planning experience if not CFP Affluent or high‑net‑worth client experience preferred Professional, polished, and relationship‑driven communication style MOHR Talent is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
