** Operations Associate – Days & Nights **

** Pay: ** $17.00–$18.00/hour
** Schedule: ** 7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 6:00 PM–4:30 AM
** Shift: ** Day and night shifts | Weekend shifts available

** About the Role **

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with inventory and data? We’re looking for a full-time Operations Associate to support the movement and tracking of high-value collectibles in a professional operations and fulfillment environment.

This role is a strong fit for candidates with experience in inventory control, data entry, order processing, fulfillment, quality assurance, warehouse operations, or administrative support who enjoy working with systems, accuracy, and organization.

** Responsibilities **

• Accurately enter and maintain inventory records in company systems
• Process incoming items and ensure information is recorded correctly
• Research products and verify item details when needed
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate location tracking
• Assist with order processing, fulfillment, and shipment preparation
• Generate shipping documentation and labels
• Conduct inventory audits and verify inventory accuracy
• Perform quality checks to ensure records and physical items match
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow
• Support inventory movement and storage activities as needed

** Qualifications **

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience with data entry, inventory management, order processing, fulfillment, or administrative support preferred
• Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Interest in collectibles, sports memorabilia, trading cards, comics, or pop culture items is a plus

** Physical Requirements **

This position requires standing, walking, light lifting, computer work, and occasional movement of inventory throughout the facility.

** Compensation **

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour , depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
