Mental Health Counselor

Mother Hen LLC is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced mental health professionals to join our growing team. This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor (1099) position . We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about supporting children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families and providing accessible, high-quality mental health services. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy Support clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life challenges Develop individualized treatment goals and interventions Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers as appropriate Provide trauma-responsive, strengths-based, and client-centered care Qualifications Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or related mental health credential Experience working with children, teens, adults, and/or families Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently Professional liability insurance and required credentials Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and compassionate care Why Join Mother Hen LLC?
