As a /caregiver, you will be more than someone who helps them with be a source of comfort someone they can turn to when they need help many times you will become a trusted friend. The key role that you have will be medication‘s accurately assist in ADLs as needed, but equally as important to posture, a sense of belonging, comfort and caring. Their quality of life is impacted and how they are treated each and every day.

1 administer and document accurately medication’s in accordance with your Qmap qualification state regulations and company policies

2 monitoring document promptly any changes in health or behavior to the administrator and physician/NP for the resident

3 assist residence with ADLs as needed: bathing dressing, grooming, mobility.

4. Engaging residence in activities that enrich their day to include conversation, conversations arts, crafts, games, other activities that they would like to participate in.

5 provide a clean environment and ensure safety of the resident.

6. Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and families.
