About the Role:

As a LPN , you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of our nursing staff. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Providing wound care and dressing changes
• Assisting with bathing, toileting, and personal care tasks
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
