Job DescriptionOverview: Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe.Responsibilities: About the NICU: 22-bed, Level II NICU; 100-150 deliveries per month. 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night. NNPs see both NICU and well-newborn patients. A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs. Flexible 24- or 72-hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance. Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
