What You'll Do:

• Greet patients, ensure patient safety using positive identification protocols, verify insurance, and process registration quickly and compassionately.
• Collect patient financial liability and assist with financial counseling where needed.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, secure, and compliant.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
• Use multi-system technology to streamline patient offerings, intake and record-keeping.

Associate's Degree with a focus in social work, healthcare administration or finance, along with 3 years of experience in a hospital registration/financial services setting is required!

Hours and Schedule:

• 2 Openings!
• Acute Patient Access Training (first 4 weeks): Monday - Friday standard business hours.
• Enjoy a flat rate $1/hour weekend and 18%-night shift differential when applicable.
• Schedule:
• Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm; this is at Orange Grove (1891 W. Orange Grove Rd.)
• Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm; this is at North Campus (3838 N. Campell Ave., Building 1)
• Both locations require a Saturday rotation every 12 weeks, mandatory New Year's Shift and holiday rotation.
