Early Morning Member Services Specialist — Bilingual

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for the Lafayette, CO area on a part-time morning shift. The role focuses on greeting members, answering questions, giving tours, and guiding families to Y offerings. Shifts run 4:45am-9:00am, with +10% differential for opening shift and additional +10% for bilingual Spanish/English fluency.
