What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' physical, neurological, and cognitive functions using formal and informal assessments
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals
• Implement therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and adaptive equipment recommendations
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, and students to ensure quality care
• Document all treatments and patient responses in compliance with regulatory standards and billing requirements
• Participate in team meetings, community education, and program development initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Michigan state license in Occupational Therapy (OT)
• 1+ years outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong assessment and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills and compassion for patient care
