Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Glen Mills, PA **IN-HOUSE THERAPY OPPURTUNITY Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team at Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a premier healthcare provider in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Rehabilitation will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients with various diagnoses and conditions
- Supervise and mentor a team of rehabilitation therapists and staff to ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Conduct quality assessments, develop improvement plans, and track metrics to measure rehabilitation outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote a culture of excellence and respect
- 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting (or related field)
- Current licensure/certification in rehabilitation therapy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations
