Full-time Sales Agent Bigelow Management is seeking an experienced Sales Agent with at least 5 years of proven experience. Responsibilities and Requirements: Welcome, greet, interact with, and assist guests professionally. Provide excellent service in line with the property's standards. Maintain a professional demeanor and assist guests whenever possible. Answer questions and provide accurate information about rooms. Contribute to a positive work environment by performing daily responsibilities. Respond to and resolve guest complaints promptly and creatively. Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality. Register and assign rooms to guests. Control and issue room keys. Verify charges and credits are correctly posted. Collect necessary guest information during check-in. Account for and balance cash and equivalents at shifts' start and end. Resolve guest issues within authority or escalate as needed. Work flexible hours. Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism. Remain drug-free at all times. High school diploma or GED required.
