Hands-On Production Lead & Team Coach (6am-2:30pm)

Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM About the Role REPS XI is a liquidation reselling business in Las Vegas. We buy customer returns and overstock inventory, test and grade it, and sell it online. We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead our testing and grading team of 4-6 people. This is a working supervisor role, about 70% production and 30% management. You'll spend most of your day on the floor processing product alongside the team, and the rest of your time managing performance, coaching, and running team meetings. You don't need experience testing or grading products. We'll train you on all of that. What we need is someone who can lead a team, hold people accountable, and have hard conversations when they're needed. What You'll Do Production: Test, grade, and photograph products alongside the team Learn our grading standards across product categories (full training provided) Help cover workload during absences or busy periods Managing the team: Keep an eye on team output during the shift and address slowdowns or quality issues as they come up Meet one-on-one with each team member 2-3 times a week to go over performance and coach them Run team meetings to set priorities and review results Address performance problems directly and document them when needed Returns and quality: Review returns data to find patterns and figure out what's causing them (wrong grades, bad photos, packaging problems, etc.) Work with the team to fix recurring issues and retrain where needed What We're Looking For Leadership experience. This could be a supervisor or team lead role, military, athletics, or anywhere else you were responsible for how other people performed Comfortable having direct, difficult conversations about performance Detail-oriented and consistent Quick learner who's willing to be trained on the hands-on work Reliable and able to work 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, on-site Nice to have: Warehouse, production, or operations experience Background in liquidation, resale, or e-commerce Pay $1,500 quarterly performance bonus (up to $6,000/year) Veterans are encouraged to apply.
