The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology to drive business objectives and improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

Skill Requirements
