Lead Business Analyst
The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology to drive business objectives and improvements. They will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and implementing Agile strategies for effective project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and problem-solving approach.
- Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
