Role and Responsibilities As a Sales Associate at Cindy Shumaker State Farm, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engaging with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to protect their assets and loved ones. Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new leads through various channels, including referrals, community involvement, and networking events. Relationship Building: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Providing ongoing support and assistance to meet their evolving insurance requirements. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional insurance products and financial services that align with customers' needs.
