Overview Client Success Manager – SaaS / Financial Services My client, an award-winning SaaS company supporting the mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and private equity space is hiring a Client Success Manager to manage high-value accounts, drive platform adoption, and ensure long-term client satisfaction. What You'll Do Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for a portfolio of financial services clients Deliver tailored success plans and host regular strategic review sessions Maximize platform adoption and engagement across client organizations Partner with Sales, Insights, and Marketing teams to ensure client success Become a trusted advisor on deal origination workflows and best practices What We're Looking For Experience in customer success, relationship management, or SaaS onboarding Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Prior exposure to private equity, M&A, or financial markets is a plus Willingness to work some later hours to accommodate client schedules Benefits 24 PTO days + public holidays Uncapped commission Matched 401(k) Health and dental plans Enhanced parental leave and wellness perks Office breakfasts, social events, and charity days Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Customer Service and Sales Industries: Financial Services, Research Services, and Market Research Location: New York, NY #J-18808-Ljbffr
