Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Customer Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will establish and grow the customer marketing function by developing programs that enhance customer engagement, retention, and advocacy through storytelling and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Establish the foundation of customer marketing by evaluating current activities, defining priorities, and creating scalable processes Own the customer storytelling program, sourcing and drafting case studies, testimonials, and narratives to support marketing and sales efforts Build and maintain a scalable customer reference program to match advocates with relevant sales opportunities and assess customer lifecycle engagement initiatives Required qualifications 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3+ years in customer marketing or advocacy Exceptional writing and interviewing skills with a proven ability to create persuasive customer narratives Demonstrated experience in establishing or scaling customer marketing programs and aligning stakeholders Strong project management skills with experience in defining KPIs and evaluating campaign performance Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing
