Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and progress
