Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract basis for the upcoming school year. This role runs from September 4th through June 25th, providing 35 hours of impact each week from 8:15AM to 3:15PM with an elementary caseload at a vibrant school setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey SLP licensure (CCC required)
• Proven experience as a school-based SLP at the elementary level
• Confidence in navigating school district procedures and culture
• Ability to manage screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring independently
• Comfortable with direct service and timely completion of required testing and assessments
• Willingness to comply with onboarding (TB screening, physical examination, and fingerprint/background checks for both agency and district)
• Reliable transportation and reasonable commute
• Not suitable for CF or SLPA candidates due to supervision requirements

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to an elementary student caseload
• Administer standardized assessments, write thorough evaluation reports, and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
• Develop and implement engaging therapy plans, monitor progress, and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff and families regarding speech and language development
