** Role Description ** This full-time, on-site role is located in Owings Mills, MD, and is open to candidates for Paralegal, Law Clerk, or Associate Attorney, depending on experience and qualifications. The role involves assisting with case management, including organizing files, maintaining calendars, and tracking deadlines. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence, and supporting litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters. The team member will help draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement documents, and may communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as appropriate. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with the attorney on a variety of cases, gain hands-on experience, and contribute directly to client service and case outcomes.

** Qualifications **

• Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to understand and apply relevant statutes, case law, and court rules.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and client correspondence.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Solid Research abilities to efficiently locate, analyze, and summarize legal authorities and factual information.
• Careful Document Review skills to identify issues, ensure accuracy, and maintain high-quality work product.
• Relevant education such as a paralegal certificate, law degree (JD), or enrollment in law school; bar admission is preferred for Associate Attorney candidates.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Professionalism, discretion, and a client-centered approach to handling sensitive information and legal issues.
• Comfort with standard law office technology, including case management software, word processing, and electronic filing systems.
