Field Service Representative – West Region As a Field Service Representative, you are a logical thinker skilled in troubleshooting, enthusiastic about working with complex technologies, and a professional committed to customer satisfaction. You provide on‑site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines primarily in the Pacific Northwest. Your location is ideally in or near Sacramento, CA; other major cities in the territory are possible. You will report to the West Region Field Service Manager in Torrance, CA. Base salary: $34.60 – $39.10 per hour, dependent on technical and service experience. We offer full benefits, a profit‑sharing contribution to your 401k, a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years, and additional bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region. Manage inventory, plan trips, and perform administrative tasks related to service functions. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments. Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Familiarity with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools. Associate’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. Availability for frequent overnight travel (up to 90% travel). Valid driver’s license with a clean record and a valid passport.
