INNIO employs over 5,000 people worldwide and is committed to moving energy forward./ppEssential Responsibilities:/pulliMust have prior mechanical experience such as automotive, power generation, heavy equipment or diesel engines./liliPerform preventative maintenance (oil change, valve adjustment, lube and check equipment)/liliExperienced using tools (including diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools)/liliAbility to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical diagrams/liliExperienced in troubleshooting and repairs of an engine./liliThe ability to work well as part of a team./liliWilling to work in non-climate-controlled conditions./liliAbility to travel incl. overnight travel./liliStrong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/liliMust have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed./liliMust be able to communicate via telephone email/li/ulpQualification Requirements:/pulliStrong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support, empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers/lili+7 years experience in a technical role or extensive years of experience with issue resolution exposure within (Field-) Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines)/liliTechnical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills/liliWillingness to work in shift model (depending) and on call/liliExperience working with electrical or mechanical systems/liliFluency in English a must/liliGood interpersonal skills/li/ulpJob specific knowledge:/pulliStrong communication skillsexperienced in customer communications./liliBoundaryless and multi-culture working mindset and team player./liliAble to work efficiently without direct supervision./li/ulpPreferred:/pulliMulti-working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field, operational commissioning, all engine types./liliJenbacher training certifications: FTB, FTA, CT1, CT2, MR6/liliMechanical RCA research and analysis exposure/liliPrevious field experience a bonus/li/ulpINNIO offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
