Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Bay Harbor, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.43 / Hour Job Schedule: Wednesday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; Thursday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM; Saturday 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM; Sunday 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document observations according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential issues or policy violations. Monitor access points and community areas, help to verify authorized entry, and report maintenance, lighting, or property concerns to the appropriate contact. Support a professional residential environment by communicating clearly with residents and/or visitors, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests as needed. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
