Quality Inspector
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in South Windsor, CT. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-permanent opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Verify products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements
- Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Identify defects and communicate issues to production or quality teams
- Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience in the aerospace industry
- Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience required
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
