QUALIFICATIONS
- Possession of an Associate's Degree in art, fine art, graphic art, design, studio art, commercial art or a closely related field AND two (2) years of experience in a position involving graphic illustration, graphic design or commercial art which included computer-assisted design techniques; OR
- Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma AND four (4) years of experience in a position involving graphic illustrations, graphic design or commercial art which included computer-assisted design techniques.
- Civil Service Position
DUTIES Design and layout a variety of materials for both print and electronic mediums, including newsletters, brochures, calendars, web banners, etc.; take and edit photographs for use in publications, the web and social media; work closely with printers
SALARY $42,305 - $45,688
STARTING DATE As Soon as Possible
NOTE Certain assignments made to employees in this class will require access to transportation to meet field work requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
