Reconstruction Project Manager - Restoration

Bloque Restoration | Mesa, AZ Bloque Restoration is seeking an experienced, driven Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential restoration and remodel projects from start to finish. This role oversees reconstruction projects related to water, fire, mold, and storm damage , as well as selective reconstruction and remodel work. Key Responsibilities Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initial scope through final close-out Oversee schedules, subcontractors, material procurement, and job sequencing Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, notes, budgets, and progress updates Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to timelines Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track Respond to time-sensitive or emergency project needs as required What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in construction or restoration project management (estimating or field leadership experience considered) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects Excellent communication skills with both clients and subcontractors Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail Comfortable reviewing scopes, estimates, and construction documentation Technically proficient and comfortable with construction software, mobile tools, and basic reporting Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team Spanish-speaking is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $60,000 , with an uncapped bonus structure High performers can realistically earn $100,000–$120,000+ annually Company gas card and vehicle stipend Company-provided phone Full benefits package including: Paid time off (PTO) Health Savings Account (HSA) Health, dental, and vision insurance Additional Details On-site role based in Mesa, AZ , with frequent job site travel Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required Occasional overtime or emergency response may be necessary Physically active role requiring comfort in construction environments and ability to lift 25+ lbs Why Bloque Restoration At Bloque Restoration, we do more than repair homes—we help people recover from some of their most stressful moments.
