Night Shift Machine Operator

We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our night shift production team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines , ensuring efficient production, quality output, and smooth operations. You’ll play a key role in meeting production goals and helping strengthen our skilled manufacturing team. What You’ll Do Set up and operate printing/converting machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments Maintain a safe and organized work environment Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets What You Bring At least 1+ year of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging, or a related field Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Good organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs Experience with Beasley, Garant, Weber, or similar machines (preferred) Shift: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek!)
