Location: Phoenix metro area local travel required one office per day 10 office locations

Position Description: This practice is a vein treatment organization that offers a modern, comfortable environment focused on excellent patient experiences. Their offices are staffed with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, sonographers, and administrative personnel. Providers see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to: new patient consultations follow-up visits non-procedural treatments collaborating with physicians, sonographers, and other team members. The practice sees patients for, among other conditions: varicose veins spider veins leg swelling / heaviness restless leg syndrome venous insufficiency. The practice uses the DrChrono EHR and state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment.

Requirements: active NP or PA license prescriptive authority no experienced required full training provided
