Operations Specialist
Provides office administrative support and records maintenance for water utility construction.
Location: 167 John F. Kennedy Pkwy, Short Hills, NJ 07078 - ONSITE
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service skills. They will be interacting directly with customers and municipal officials on a daily basis, usually under less-than-ideal circumstances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail. They will maintain records that have regulatory and financial implications.
- Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc.)
Required Certification / Education: High school diploma or equivalent
