Marketing Assistant

Sierra Select is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities, content development, digital campaigns, and administrative coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in marketing. Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. Create, edit, and organize marketing content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other channels. Assist with managing social media content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research. Maintain marketing calendars, campaign materials, and digital files. Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications. Support the creation of presentations, product materials, newsletters, and promotional content. Coordinate with sales, product, customer service, and other departments on marketing initiatives. Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and updates. Help maintain accurate product, customer, and marketing information. Assist with special marketing projects and other administrative tasks as needed. 0–2 years of marketing, communications, administrative, or related experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree, certificate, or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Creative, dependable, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
