The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspection, testing, documentation, and management of nonconforming materials. The role partners closely with production teams to ensure customer specifications and quality requirements are consistently met.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform visual and physical inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Conduct quality testing and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

• Inspect incoming raw materials and verify compliance with specifications.

• Identify, label, quarantine, and process nonconforming materials according to established procedures.

• Communicate quality concerns and product nonconformances to production and management teams.

• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective action initiatives.

• Generate reports related to customer complaints, product quality, and internal rejects.

• Maintain quality instruments, laboratory equipment, and testing supplies

• Support internal and external audits and maintain compliance with quality standards and procedures.

• Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous quality inspection experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience using electronic systems and documenting inspection results.

• Ability to work effectively with production teams and management.

Schedule

Training on 1st Shift

Must be available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift after training

Overtime and Saturdays may be required based on production demands

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
