Assistant Activity Director (CNA)

As a Assistant Activity Director (CNA), you will play a vital role in creating engaging experiences for our residents, fostering a sense of community, and promoting overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of activities into daily care routines
Supervise and mentor CNA and activity staff to ensure high-quality delivery of activities
Conduct regular assessments to identify resident needs and preferences, and adjust activity programs accordingly
Maintain accurate records of activity participation, attendance, and resident feedback
Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners to build trust and promote engagement
Requirements:
CNA certification (current and active)
1+ year of experience in activity direction or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations
Familiarity with activity programming and leisure services
