About the Role:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) (RN), you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership and Management: Oversee the nursing department, including developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Nursing Practice: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide education and support to patients and families.
• Staff Development: Mentor and guide nursing staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to promote professional growth and development.
• Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and optimize care coordination.
• Communication: Foster a culture of open communication, ensuring that residents, families, and staff are informed and involved in the care process.

Requirements:

• Current RN license and active registration with the Nevada State Board of Nursing

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a nursing leadership role or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
