If you describe yourself as a people person and a great communicator, this is the position for you!Job Duties:Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairsVerify warranty and service contracts as neededProvide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit marginsMaintain service records for customersPrepare billing invoices for customersOther duties as assignedDesired Competencies:Knowledge and experience with mechanics or a related field Excellent communication skillsOrganized and detail oriented Proficient with computersTeam PlayerSelf- Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure Excellent customer service Flexibility to meet changing demandsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Valid CDL driver's license with clean driving record (preferred) 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar positionBenefits: Quarterly BonusesHealth, Dental and Vision Insurance401K with company matchingCompany paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceAnnual Boot & Tool AllowanceWe're an equal opportunity employer.
