Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Representative Pre-Operative Planning to support the creation of surgical plans for robotic-assisted procedures. This role involves working with CT scan data, 3D modeling software, and proprietary systems to develop accurate pre-operative plans for orthopedic surgeries. Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage cases using a proprietary case management system
• Review CT scans to ensure compliance with required protocols
• Segment CT scan data using specialized software to generate 3D anatomical bone models
• Develop pre-operative surgical plans for robotic-assisted hip and knee procedures
• Review plans for accuracy, including anatomical landmarks, implant sizing, and positioning
• Upload completed plans to field-based teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of all activities following established procedures
• Adhere strictly to work instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality output

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 2+ years of work experience OR equivalent education (Associate's degree or higher)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Proficiency in English (reading and speaking)
• Ability to work onsite and maintain schedule flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with medical imaging or radiology (CT, MRI, X-ray)
• Background in healthcare, nursing, or anatomy
• Completion of college-level anatomy coursework
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint preferred
• Familiarity with 3D modeling or imaging software
