Location: New Kensington, Pennsylvania Job Type: Full-Time (Preferred) | Part-Time Considered Schedule: Monday-Friday (In-Person) Compensation: $24.00-$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We're looking for a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a well-established outpatient orthopedic practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Treat primarily outpatient orthopedic patients, with occasional neurological and geriatric cases.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, relieving pain, restoring function, and preventing future injuries.
- Perform manual therapy and other evidence-based treatment techniques.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery plans.
- Build strong patient relationships through compassionate, one-on-one care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Schedule
Full-Time
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Part-Time
- Flexible scheduling available based on the above hours.
Qualifications
Required
- Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
- Active Pennsylvania PTA License in good standing.
- Current CPR Certification.
- 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
