Oracle Business Systems Analyst

Location: 1919 North Lynn St Arlington VA. 22209

Pay rate: $74/hr. on w2

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle Business Systems Analyst to join a leading organization in Arlington. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing business processes and efficiency by analyzing business requirements and translating them into Oracle system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems.
• Design and propose Oracle system solutions that align with business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Oracle solutions.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure Oracle solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle systems and processes.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience as an Oracle Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Oracle systems and business process analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with system testing and validation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Revenue Management Cloud in a subscription-based organization.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for Oracle system solutions.
