Immediate Hiring For Assembler - 1st Shift - $19.25-20.75/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform electronic & mechanical assembly, coating, packaging
- Use microscopes, hand tools, syringes, soldering tools
- Inspect, test, and document results
- Repair defects and maintain traceability
- Follow procedures, safety, and cleanroom standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6+ months manufacturing experience
- Assembly, inspection, and tool handling skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
Preferred:
- Medical device or cleanroom experience
- Machine operation & process-driven roles
Work Environment:
- Cleanroom, repetitive tasks, team setting
- Strict dress code (no makeup, jewelry, etc.)
- High focus on quality, cleanliness, and compliance
Additional Information:
1st Shift: 5am or 6am to 1:30pm or 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays
Must be available for mandatory overtime on the back end of the shift
**There is a possibility that some candidates will be moved to a 9/80 shift after training based on current need.**
Operator I: 6 months of manufacturing experience needed
Operator II: 3-4 years of manufacturing experience
Operator III: 5+ years of manufacturing experience
Operator I : Pay is $19.25/hr
Operator II: Pay is $20.00/hr
Operator III: Pay is $20.75/hr

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
