The Twist, a cozy and welcoming shop ice cream and coffee shop in Greenville, WI, is looking for a talented and motivated Barista/Shift Lead to join our team. What You'll Be Doing

As a Barista/Shift Lead at The Twist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks with consistency and care.
Preparing and serving a large variety of ice cream treats with consistency and care.
Providing friendly and efficient customer service to everyone who walks through our doors.
Managing daily operations during your shifts, including delegating tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Supporting and motivating team members to deliver their best work.
