As a Barista/Shift Lead at The Twist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks with consistency and care.
• Preparing and serving a large variety of ice cream treats with consistency and care.
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service to everyone who walks through our doors.
• Managing daily operations during your shifts, including delegating tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Supporting and motivating team members to deliver their best work.
