BIM Coordinator

What We’re Looking For Client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to building long-term relationships Self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and adapt to new technologies High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Strong communication, organization, and time management skills High standards for quality, collaboration, and project execution Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models throughout preconstruction and construction Review contract documents, identify coordination issues, and help develop solutions with the Project Management team Attend coordination meetings and provide project updates Model systems to meet project specifications, code requirements, and constructability standards Run clash detection, document conflicts, and track resolutions Review and update Revit models to ensure accuracy and coordination Produce detailed coordination and fabrication drawings with strong attention to quality Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and other coordinators to support successful project execution Optimize system layouts for efficiency and constructability Provide field support and assist with layout or installation questionsCoordinate maintenance clearances, access zones, and hanger locations with other trades Mentor and support junior team members #J-18808-Ljbffr Facade Today
