Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations and support the upkeep of residential/commercial properties and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HVAC/AC systems, electrical work, painting, and general building maintenance. This role requires leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to perform repairs while supervising maintenance activities.
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations and work orders
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC/AC systems
- Conduct basic to intermediate electrical repairs and maintenance
- Complete painting, drywall repair, and touch-up work as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify repair and safety needs
- Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory
- Assist with plumbing, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required
- Train and support maintenance staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Salary: $75k-$80K DOE
