Office Manager - Medical Practice

Schaumburg | Full-Time | Onsite

Lincoln Search Consultants (LSC) is partnering with an established and growing medical practice seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, support staff leadership, and help drive consistency across a busy clinical environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving healthcare setting, enjoys bringing structure to operations, and can confidently support both administrative and patient-facing teams.

Position Highlights

  • Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM onsite
  • Established practice with approximately 35 employees
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead front desk and day-to-day office operations
  • Manage scheduling workflows and support patient flow
  • Assist with onboarding, time tracking, PTO coordination, and staff support
  • Help address patient concerns and administrative escalations
  • Partner with billing on reporting and process follow-up
  • Maintain organized systems, records, and office procedures
  • Support general office technology and communication systems
  • Contribute to operational improvements as the practice continues to grow
Ideal Background
  • 3+ years of medical office or healthcare administration experience
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
  • HR exposure preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication style
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
