Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to conduct sessions from your own workspace. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize secure video conferencing tools to establish a therapeutic relationship with clients. Supporting a reliable and sensitive approach to therapy, you’ll create an environment conducive to open communication and trust, ensuring clients feel safe and engaged during their sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized therapy plans aimed at achieving their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to foster client growth and progress.

• Implement behavioral strategies to facilitate measurable improvement, regularly tracking and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and peer supervision, to stay informed on the latest therapeutic trends and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals and couples seeking support in managing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. You will play a key role in guiding clients through their personal journeys, helping them build healthier relationships and coping strategies, ultimately elevating their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
\n
• Candidates must hold an active license in Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred to streamline documentation and improve client care.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, with a focus on client-centered care.

• Skills in specialized therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to, trauma-informed care, couple’s therapy, and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
