Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations to understand their unique psychological needs and build personalized therapy plans that define clear goals.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Relationship & Intimacy Counseling, your clients will range from individuals navigating anxiety and depression to couples seeking to improve their relationship dynamics. You will be equipped to address diverse mental health concerns and provide culturally sensitive care tailored to each client's background and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this role.

• A valid and current license as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop trust and rapport with clients of varying backgrounds.

• Experience with electronic health record systems is preferred, facilitating efficient and organized documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
