About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational success of the organization. This senior, high-trust position is designed to enhance the effectiveness, focus, and execution capacity of the CSO. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner and execution leader, ensuring that the CSO's time and attention are dedicated to the most impactful opportunities. Key responsibilities include maximizing the CSO's effectiveness, leading the execution of critical strategic initiatives, and driving cross-functional alignment. The role demands an individual with exceptional management and prioritization skills, strong project management discipline, and the ability to operate with executive presence. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have 6-12+ years' of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, project management, or a senior Chief of Staff position. A proven track record of managing complex initiatives and working closely with senior executives is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, disciplined, and execution-oriented, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
