About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and operational excellence. The CSO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, working closely with the CEO to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and ensure the company's distinctive culture and community commitment are preserved. This executive will be responsible for day-to-day operational performance, leading departments such as finance, venue and event operations, sporting properties, and technology. The role demands a strategic and highly collaborative leader with a proven track record in a complex B2B and B2C environment, particularly within professional sports, entertainment, or hospitality. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' senior operations leadership experience, exceptional business acumen, and strong fiscal management skills. They will be tasked with driving operational excellence, developing and monitoring key performance indicators, and using data-driven insights to optimize operations. The CSO will also be responsible for departmental oversight, including managing high-performing teams, setting strategic plans for capital investments, and ensuring compliance with industry guidelines. A strategic thinker with a hands-on execution style, the ideal candidate will be adept at balancing long-term vision with operational precision, and will have a proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
