We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at RegalCare at Holyoke. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients and residents are met. Responsibilities:
Assist the dietary staff with meal preparation, food distribution, and sanitation procedures
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
Assist with patient/resident meal planning and nutrition counseling as needed
Monitor and manage food inventory, ordering supplies as necessary
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient and effective operations
Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and patient/resident interactions
Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
