- Leadership & Growth: Step into a role where you'll directly oversee daily operations, mentor a talented team, with guidance from the Executive Chef
- Hands-On Mastery: Showcase culinary expertise by preparing a wide range of exquisite dishes, from small-batch artisanal creations to large-scale productions
- Recipe & Menu Innovation: Follow complex recipes, contribute to menu planning, and ensure meticulous execution of diverse culinary offerings, including those for a 28-day cycle menu and special dietary needs
