It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.**Job Description****Key Responsibilities*** Lead cost optimization by analyzing high-cost assets and developing strategies to improve efficiency and utilization* Perform data mining and maintain a sound database to set baselines and track savings across projects and initiatives* Build and maintain financial models including rolling forecasts and 3-year P&L to guide major decisions and contract renewals* Monitor occupancy costs and identify savings through footprint rationalization and location strategies* Analyze procurement spend to support investment decisions and ensure alignment with cost-efficiency goals* Deliver timely reporting for management and regulatory requirements, including dashboards.* Collaborate across teams with the division to provide financial insights for property-related projects and strategic initiatives* Cover regional countries as part of Group Corporate Real Estate Services, ensuring alignment and consistency across these countries.* Be part of a 11-member CRES Office team, supporting other areas within the team and providing backup for critical tasks such as monthly financial closing and reporting.**Qualifications & Skills*** Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field; real estate experience is a plus.* 5+ years in financial analysis, cost optimization, or strategic planning.* Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, ERP systems (SAP), and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc).* Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.* Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and present financial insights clearly to senior management* Able to connect the dots and see the big picture, ensuring strategic alignment across initiatives* A proactive team player who can work independently and collaboratively## **Additional Requirements**Be a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
